A spooky, sparkling batch cocktail that's equal parts witchy and delicious. Perfect for a Halloween party when you'd rather be mingling than mixing one drink at a time.

Ingredients

1 (750 ml) bottle prosecco or sparkling wine 2 cups spiced apple cider 1 cup vodka (or spiced rum for a richer flavor) ½ cup elderflower liqueur (St-Germain) ½ cup orange liqueur (such as Cointreau) ¼ cup fresh lime juice ¼ cup maple syrup or simple syrup (adjust to taste) 2–3 cups club soda or sparkling water (add just before serving) Apples, oranges, and blackberries for garnish Optional: food-safe dry ice for a spooky effect (handle carefully)

Instructions

1. In a large punch bowl, combine the prosecco, apple cider, vodka, elderflower liqueur, orange liqueur, lime juice, and maple syrup. Stir well.

2. Just before serving, add the club soda for a little extra sparkle.

3. Float sliced apples, oranges, and blackberries on top.

4. For a spooky touch, add a small piece of food-safe dry ice using appropriate safety precautions. Never touch dry ice with bare hands or serve while solid dry ice remains in a drink.
